Pall Mall Resources Limited: Placing and Admission to PLUS Stock Exchange

Kerman & Co advised Pall Mall Resources in its successful admission to the PLUS Stock Exchange.

Pall Mall Resources has been established to make strategic investments or acquisitions in the mining and metals sector. The Company will have no specific geographic focus and may make investments or acquisitions in any part of the world in the metals and mining sector.

Pall Mall Resources successfully raised approximately £815,000 to fund the review of, and due diligence on, potential acquisitions or investments, to provide working capital and, if sufficient, to fund acquisitions or investments.

The Company will have an issued share capital of 99,500,001 Ordinary Shares. The Ordinary Shares are the only securities being listed.
