The Corporate and Property teams of Kerman & Co advised Applegreen Plc (the international service station operator), in connection with its £21M acquisition of 7 sites and related businesses from the Carsley Group.
The deal follows Applegreen’s strategy of UK investment in well located sites combined with its strong retail led business model offering “low fuel prices, always” to drive footfall while providing a premium food and hot beverage offering. The 7 new UK sites are predominantly located on the major arterial route of the A1(M).
