Kerman & Co has advised the shareholders of AMP Air Conditioning Limited (AMP) on its sale to Panasonic Europe Ltd.
Headquartered in Hertfordshire, AMP is one of the largest independent distributors of air conditioning units in the UK representing manufacturers such as Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Toshiba, Fujitsu and CIAT.
AMP’s acquisition gives Panasonic a strategic foothold from which it can further penetrate the UK air conditioning market using AMP’s existing sales force, distribution network and customer base.
