Their expertise, commercial approach and responsiveness ensured a smooth exit process. Their team was personable and easy to deal with, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others”.

Martin O’Donoghue, Partner at Kerman & Co, commented “This was a fantastic deal to be a part of and we are delighted to have been able to advise Polly and Martin on their exit. Our ability to draw on a cross disciplinary team from corporate, real estate, dispute resolution and employment played a fundamental part in securing a very successful result for our clients. We wish Polly, Martin and the AMP team every success for the future”.
