February 13, 2015

Kerman & Co advised The European Tour in relation to the four year extension of its longstanding agreement with Club Car, the world’s largest manufacturer of small-wheel, zero-emission electric vehicles.

The new agreement will extend the current relationship, which began in 1999, through to the end of 2018.

As well as supplying golf cars to The European Tour, Club Car has also acted as an Official Supplier at every Ryder Cup staged on European soil since 1997.

Making the announcement, George O’Grady, Chief Executive of The European Tour, said: “Club Car is amongst the most respected names in golf and, having now worked with the company for more than 15 years, we had no hesitation in extending our existing agreement.”

Marc Dufour, Chief Executive Officer of Club Car, said: “We have been a long standing partner of The European Tour. The Tour upholds the highest standards and requirements, which is aligned with our own dedication to quality and reliability at Club Car.”

Zane Shihab (Associate Partner) drafted and negotiated the deal on behalf of The European Tour.
