Kerman & Co. advises Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group on new facility

Kerman & Co advised Jamie’s Italian and other Jamie Oliver restaurant group entities under the Jamie Oliver brand on the extension of the term of a revolving facility loan and a new term loan with HSBC. The facilities have a term of 3 years.

Kerman & Co’s debt capital markets and banking department advises a range of clients including issuers, sovereigns, arrangers, dealers, managers, underwriters, trustees, and agents, in national and international capital markets on banking transactions, bonds and issuance programmes, including in the areas of syndicated loans and German law Schuldscheine. Areas of focus include social impact, spearheading the development of a European debt private placement market, the automation of financial instrument production, insurance linked securities, infrastructure finance and financing solutions in Chinese Renminbi.
