“We were provided with incisive advice and guidance from the outset, which made the process near enough seamless. We would have no hesitation in recommending their services….”
The Corporate & Capital Markets team of Kerman & Co advised new AIM-quoted client InfraStrata (AIM: INFA) in connection with its recently completed placing. InfraStrata is the only AIM-quoted company entirely focused on gas storage with its project at Islandmagee in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. Simon Holden, Partner in the Corporate & Capital Markets team, previously advised the current directors of InfraStrata in connection with their requisition of a general meeting, at which they removed all the former directors of the company and appointed themselves to the board.
Simon Holden and Jack Kemmish, members of the Corporate & Capital Markets team, advised InfraStrata.
Simon Holden commented: “It has been a pleasure getting to know the InfraStrata directors over these past several months. They have gone from being disaffected private investors in a public company to now being responsible for its destiny, an incredibly rare feat in capital markets circles. Their journey is a pinnacle insofar as shareholder activism is concerned. We wish them every success in navigating InfraStrata on the road to success, and we look forward to building on an already strong relationship.”
Adrian Pocock, Chief Executive Officer of InfraStrata, commented: “Peter and I would like to thank Simon and the Kerman team for their excellent service in this somewhat ambitious venture, and without them it is unlikely that we would have succeeded as we did. We were provided with incisive advice and guidance from the outset, which made the process near enough seamless. We would have no hesitation in recommending their services, especially to those operating public companies where the Kerman team really does excel.”
