Kerman & Co develops its technology practice following merger with Coffey Graham

January 4, 2019

“Their experience particularly in technology, telecoms and outsourcing work complements our growing practice and is line with our core strategy.”

Kerman & Co LLP are delighted to announce that Coffey Graham has merged with our firm effective from 1 January 2019. Coffey Graham is a boutique law firm specialising in advising on complex technology transactions, often with a multi-jurisdictional and/or regulatory angle. Their clients include both suppliers and buyers, in the private and public sectors, with particular experience of the financial services, defence and infrastructure worlds. On larger deals, they are often brought in as “virtual general counsel”, working with in-house legal teams in leading the negotiations.  They also have a strong M&A and non-contentious employment practice.

Rory Graham will join the firm as a partner heading up our Technology and Outsourcing practice, Suzanne Eva will join our Corporate practice as a partner, and Alexander Robinson as a consultant.

Daniel O’Connell, Managing Partner of Kerman & Co commented “I’m pleased to welcome Rory, Suzanne and their team to Kerman & Co. Their experience particularly in technology, telecoms and outsourcing work complements our growing practice and is in line with our core strategy. I look forward to working with them as we continue to enhance our service offering in the technology sector.”

Rory Graham of Coffey Graham commented “What appeals to us is Kerman & Co’s partner-led approach to working with clients, together with their scale and resources – and their international vision. I am excited about drawing on their existing strengths in the digital, technology and outsourcing arenas to help build a leading practice.”
