Martin specialises in mergers and acquisitions, business purchases and disposals, joint ventures, share subscriptions, corporate finance and commercial contracts. He has considerable international experience, having advised clients on commercial transactions in the UK, Ireland, the US, Europe, Africa and Asia. He is qualified both in England & Wales and Ireland.
Martin joined us from Teacher Stern and previously spent almost 8 years with Eversheds where he specialised in M&A and corporate work. He qualified as a solicitor in Ireland in 2004 and in England & Wales in 2010. His sector focuses include tech, media, healthcare, life sciences and biotech, real estate and hospitality. He holds a degree in Business & Law from University College Dublin and completed his MBA at Henley Business School.
Martin is named as a recognised M&A lawyer in the 2019 edition of the Legal 500.
