We act for a variety of clients buying or selling companies. However many of them are led by driven owner managers or directors who require expertise, efficiency and full City capabilities without paying exorbitant fees. It is vitally important to them that the transaction is led by a partner and that there are short lines of communication. All the partners in the department have a wealth of experience in successfully completing M&A deals whether involving shares or assets, complex group structures or managing international transactions.
