Michael Bennett - Partner

Commercial team

Michael has a wealth of experience in corporate and commercial matters, specialising mainly in public company and AIM work and mergers and acquisitions. He also heads up the Energy, Oil & Gas and Resources sectors. Michael joined Kerman & Co in 2000, becoming a Partner in 2004. He obtained his law degree at Rhodes University, South Africa. He was a Registered Legal Practitioner in Zimbabwe and has also been admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.
