Michael studied at Birmingham University and joined the firm's Corporate and Commercial department in early 2007. Michael has had broad experience, having in particular acted for clients in the natural resources sector on a number of M&A transactions and IPO's to the AIM market. As well as transactional work, Michael handles commercial contracts covering a wide range of matters for a number of clients. Michael was made an Associate Partner at Kerman & Co in 2010 and became a Partner in 2013.
