Joan has broad experience in corporate and company commercial transactions, specifically company flotations and secondary issues on both AIM and ISDX, advice on the Takeover Code, reverse takeovers, cross-border scheme of arrangements on AIM and mergers and acquisitions. Joan has particular expertise in advising UK and international companies in the natural resources sector with assets in the Far East, Latin America, Europe and Africa.
Joan studied at the University of London and joined the Corporate and Commercial department in 2000 as a trainee. She qualified in 2002 and became a Partner at Kerman & Co in 2007. Joan is fluent in Cantonese and conversational in Mandarin.
