Having joined the firm in early 2015, Cindy is a member of the Corporate and Capital Markets team as well as the Commercial team.  Cindy has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions in the private sector and cross border transactions with a focus on the Asia Pacific.   Cindy is qualified in NSW, Australia and has since been involved in public company and AIM work as well as mergers and acquisitions.
