Recognised in the Legal 500, Martin is a dual qualified solicitor (England & Wales and Ireland) with considerable international experience, having advised clients on commercial transactions in the UK, Ireland, the US, Europe, Africa and Asia. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, business purchases and disposals, joint ventures, share subscriptions, corporate finance and commercial contracts.  Prior to joining Kerman & Co, Martin spent several years with leading London and international firms. He holds a degree in business and law and is part way through completing his MBA with Henley Business School.
