Carl’s main areas of expertise are commercial litigation, injunctions, employment law, privacy, professional negligence and arbitration. Carl joined the Litigation and Employment departments of Kerman& Co in 2005 where he has gained a great deal of experience in protecting and enforcing restrictive covenants. He was educated at Exeter University and the College of Law, and was admitted in 2000 making Associate Partner here in 2010 and became a Partner in 2013.
