James specialises in resolving corporate and commercial disputes. He has experience in handling both High Court and County Court litigation in addition to advising clients on both arbitration proceedings and mediation. James also has particular expertise in resolving sports disputes having advised clients on both regulatory and contractual matters within a number of sporting disciplines including motorsport, football, rugby union and cricket. James read law and politics at the University of Wales, Cardiff and qualified as a solicitor in 2007. He joined Kerman & Co in July 2012.
