Michael joined the firm’s litigation department as a consultant in October 2012.  He obtained his law degree at Oxford University. He has specialised for many years in all aspects of dispute resolution in the field of international  trade and shipping, mainly by arbitration and in litigation arising from arbitration.  He is the Secretary of International Commodity & Shipping Arbitration Service (ICSAS) which provides an arbitration service for use in dispute resolution for all commodity trades and for all types of shipping contracts.
