Francesca is a Consultant in the Litigation Department of Kerman & Co LLP. She has previously worked in the London litigation departments of Fulbright & Jaworski International, Bird & Bird and Addleshaw Goddard.
Francesca advises individuals, banks and corporates on all aspects dispute resolution, with a particular focus on international fraud, aviation, financial litigation and regulatory advice. She has acted in County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal litigations and LCIA, LMAA and ad hoc arbitrations and has experience in FSA, Health & Safety Executive, Trading Standards, Environmental Agency and HM Revenue & Customs enquiries and investigations.
Francesca has spent time on secondment in the in-house legal department of one of the UK’s leading banks, and also at French law firm, Jeantet Associés in Paris. She is fluent in French and listed as a Rising Star in Aviation in Superlawyers London 2013.
