Suzanne is a Partner in the Sports, Media and Commercial team. She specialises in contentious matters and regularly issues proceedings and obtains interim injunctions on behalf of rights holders. Suzanne advises high profile clients including the Wimbledon Championships, the RFU and the ECB on the enforcement of ticket terms and conditions and assists in the implementation and management of Anti-Infringement Programmes for major sporting events. Clients also benefit from her expertise in brand protection and intellectual property enforcement, including trade mark, copyright and passing off claims.
In addition, Suzanne advises on all aspects of employment law, including the drafting of contracts and policies, as well as managing and advising on employment disputes and employment tribunal proceedings.
She has been recommended in the Legal 500 and has been described as being “extremely smart”.
