Tom is a solicitor in the Sports, Media and Commercial team and provides pragmatic commercial advice on non-contentious commercial contracts. Tom has worked in private practice and in-house with major global sales teams, working on cross-border and multi-national sales and licensing deals, sponsorship, IP licensing, services, software development, agency and distribution agreements. His experience also includes the regulatory and sponsorship aspects of sports law. In addition, Tom has experience acting both for employers and employees on a range of matters.
