Acquisition, Placing and Readmission to AIM
Kerman & Co LLP advised Cambrian Mining Plc and other vendors on the disposal of Zhibek Resources Plc, which was acquired by Silvermines Media plc in consideration for the issue of new ordinary shares valuing at Zhibek at approximately �3 million.� This, together with a further acquisition, comprised a reverse takeover for Silvermines and was carried out at the same time as a placing of new ordinary shares to raise �2.25 million before expenses, to give a combined deal value of �6.95 million.� At the time of re-admission to AIM, the name of the merged company was changed to Cambrian Oil & Gas Plc.
