Kerman & Co advise on the disposal of Bellville International to OIA Global

Kerman & Co acted for our long term clients, the shareholders of Bellville International (the holding company for Bellville Rodair), a global provider of freight forwarding and logistics services headquartered in London, on the sale of their company to OIA Global, a leading third party logistics provider who delivers to clients a unique combination of global logistics and creative packaging solutions.

Charlie Hornecker, CEO of OIA Global said "This acquisition is very strategic for our company. We've searched extensively for the right partner in Europe, and are delighted with the outcome".
