Kerman & Co advise on sale of BB's Coffee & Muffins

Paul Gilks of the Kerman & Co M&A team advised longstanding client BBCM Group Limited on the English Law aspects of the sale of the BB’s Coffee & Muffins business in the UK and Ireland, which completed earlier this month.

The Group which has more than 50 stores was acquired by a consortium of investors, which included management, assembled by Brentwood Investments. Debt financing for the deal was provided by BlueBay Ireland, which was established in 2013 by Bluebay Asset Management.
