Kerman & Co LLP advises Prudential RideLondon on agreement with Evans Cycles

Kerman & Co advised Prudential RideLondon in relation to its agreement with Evans Cycles, the UK’s leading specialist bike shop, to be their new official clothing and retail partner.

Evans Cycles will be on hand to provide help to participants when they are preparing for the ride and will host in-store advice evenings and maintenance classes, training rides and on-the-ride mechanical support.

Kerman & Co Associate Partner Zane Shihab drafted and negotiated the agreement on behalf of Prudential RideLondon.
