Vale International Group lists on London Stock Exchange Main Market

Vale International Group Ltd, a BVI incorporated company, was listed on London Stock Exchange Main Market on Monday.

Formed to identify and acquire a business in the technology sector in Europe and/or Asia, Vale International Group intends to operate the business to generate value for its shareholders through operational expansion and improvements, as well as potentially through additional complementary acquisitions.

Kerman & Co.’s capital markets team advised Vale International Group on all the legal issues relating to the formation and listing of the company.
