China Sports Development Limited: Placing and Admission to PLUS

We are pleased to announce that our client, China Sports Development Limited, has been admitted to the PLUS quoted market.

The Company has raised approximately £395,900 to fund the review of, and due diligence on, potential acquisitions or investments, to provide working capital and, if sufficient, to fund acquisitions or investments.

The Company has been established to make strategic investments or acquisitions in businesses involved in the promotion of sports and sports related projects in the People's Republic of China.

As China's growth continues, and the disposable income of its population increases, the country's love for sport offers a unique business opportunity. With the current population of 1.3 billion, even a 1 per cent. interest in a minority sport can present a substantial business opportunity.

The Company was incorporated with limited liability in the British Virgin Islands on 23 December 2011.
