Metals exploration raise $25 million

Kerman & Co advised our long standing clients Metals Exploration on the raising of US$25 million by way of a placing of 124,069,477 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each at a price of 13 pence per new ordinary share. The new shares have been admitted to trading on the AIM.

The proceeds from the Placing will be used for the development of the Company’s Runruno Project.
