Kerman & Co advises InfraStrata Plc on its recent placing
The Capital Markets team of Kerman & Co advised AIM-quoted client InfraStrata Plc (AIM: INFA) in connection with its recent placing to raise £1.5 million (before expenses). InfraStrata intends to use the funds for various preparation and enablement works for its Islandmagee gas storage project in readiness for construction of phase one once the final investment decision has been made.
InfraStrata is the only AIM-quoted company entirely focused on gas storage with its project at Islandmagee in County Antrim, Northern Ireland.
Joan Yu and Coral Yu, members of the Capital Markets team, advised InfraStrata.
