Kerman & Co advises Infrastrata PLC on the disposal of legacy hydrocarbon interests to Westmount Energy Limited
Kerman & Co’s Capital Markets team recently advised AIM-quoted client Infrastrata Plc (AIM: INFA), in connection with its recent disposal of net profit interests in three offshore UK oil and gas licences to Westmount Energy Limited. The decision to dispose of the net profit interests was taken following the Board’s recent commitment to focus on developing energy-related infrastructure projects.
Infrastrata is an independent gas storage company focused on the UK and Ireland.
John Wood, CEO of Infrastrata, commented: “The focus of the company is on completing our Islandmagee gas storage project and developing energy-related infrastructure projects; exploration is no longer in our strategic plan so disposal of these interests to increase working capital is the correct choice for us as we continue to evolve.”
Jack Kemmish, Associate Solicitor at Kerman & Co, commented: “We look forward to building on our already strong relationship with Infrastrata and continually helping them to navigate their road to success.”
