Kerman & Co advises United Oil & Gas in connection with its admission to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange
The Capital Markets team of Kerman & Co advised United Oil & Gas PLC (AIM: UOG) in connection with its admission to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, following the cancellation of trading of its shares on the standard listing segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market.
United Oil & Gas PLC is an oil and gas exploration and development company with a multi-stage portfolio of oil & gas assets in the UK, Italy and Jamaica. Kerman & Co has advised the UOG team since its first acquisition.
Brian Larkin, CEO of United Oil & Gas PLC, commented: “We are delighted to take this next step in our growth as a PLC. In the short time since our establishment in 2015 and initial listing in 2017, United has created a portfolio of assets which I believe will deliver exceptional value for our shareholders. The move to AIM will not only reduce costs and use of management resources but will also assist us in undertaking the kind of value-adding transactions that will significantly grow our business.”
The Kerman & Co team was led by Joan Yu, supported by Coral Yu (Associate solicitor), Maria Dogaru (Trainee solicitor) and Gary Whitehead (Trainee solicitor).
Joan Yu commented: “We are delighted to have advised the United Oil & Gas team on their move to AIM. We look forward to UOG’s exciting growth plans”.
