We are pleased to announce our recent merger with the Oberman Partnership which brings added depth of personnel and expertise to the Firm.

The Firm has grown from its beginnings in St James's Square in 1998 when its founder partners, Andy Kerman and Daniel O'Connell left Forsyte Saunders Kerman to start their own corporate boutique and specialist private client practice, to a Firm in a modern offices in the Strand, with over 30 staff, offering a full range of services.

Our corporate practice is still thriving with a growing public company division advising principally on AIM listings, alongside its establised private company mergers and acquisitions team. In addition to these focus areas of work, the Firm provides pro-active advice across all corporate and commercial transactional areas, including commercial litigation and commercial property.

Our clients range from entrepreneurial high net worth individuals to listed PLCs.

We also have a substantial Private Client practice, which advises on trusts, probate and tax planning and a worldwide network of contacts to assist in our clients' international affairs.
