Receptionist
Candidates should be trained on modern telephone systems with a high standard of inter-personal and communication skills. Duties include answering all incoming calls and general reception duties including providing client lunches/tea and coffee when required, ordering couriers and taxis, arranging conference calls etc. A bright, friendly and professional manner is required for this role together with impeccable presentation. Hours 11 am to 8 pm.
Trademark/litigation legal secretary
An experienced legal secretary is required for this role which encompasses all the usual skills i.e. fast/accurate typing with good working knowledge of Word including automatic numbering, Excel, track changes and merge/compare documents; previous knowledge of a document management system would be advantageous together with excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner and flexible approach to work.
We offer salary at the market rate for both positions with a good benefits package in newly refurbished offices in the Strand.
