Kerman & Co is delighted to announce the admission of Everest Energy Limited (“Everest Energy”) to the PLUS Stock Exchange.
Everest Energy Limited was incorporated in the British Virgin Islands on 13 May 2010 to make strategic investments or acquisitions in the base metals sector. The Company will have no specific geographic focus and may make investments or acquisitions in any part of the world in the base metals sector.
Everest Energy successfully raised an aggregate of approximately £610,000 to fund the review of, and due diligence on, potential acquisitions or investments, to provide working capital and, if sufficient, to fund acquisitions or investments.
