Kerman & Co advised Morano Resources Limited (“Morano Resources”) in its successful admission to the PLUS Stock Exchange.
Incorporated in the British Virgin Islands on 2 March 2011, Morano Resources has been set up as an investment vehicle to make strategic investments or acquisitions in the precious metals sector, including, without limitation, exploration, development and production as well as the associated operations. The Company will have no specific geographic focus and may make investments or acquisitions in any part of the world in the precious metals sector.
Morano Resources successfully raised an aggregate of approximately £610,000 to fund the review of, and due diligence on, potential acquisitions or investments, to provide working capital and, if sufficient, to fund acquisitions or investments.
