Joan Yu, Partner in the Corporate Division at Kerman & Co worked with David Lenigas and Jeremy Edelman of Leni Gas & Oil plc. Leni Gas & Oil Plc (AIM:LGO) announces that it has issued and allotted a total of 55,666,666 ordinary shares to four institutional funds, raising £3,340,000.
The issue price was 6 pence.
These shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares in the Company. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be quoted on AIM.
As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 385,400,027 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.05p each, with voting rights.
Also involved in the project was Beaumont Cornish and Pelham PR.
