Kerman & Co LLP acted for CMS GB Limited, a field engineering company, in respect of its refinancing with the Clydesdale Bank for the purposes of its continuing European expansion and acquisition of proprietary software required for the next stage of the company’s development.
The Kerman & Co team was led by Keith Dempster and Peter Babb, with Richard Baxter taking principle responsibility for the intellectual property aspects and Ian Ogus leading the property element of the deal. Una Deretic and Helen Bird respectively assisted the corporate and property sides of the deal.
