Leni Gas & Oil Plc has been admitted to AIM to invest in international oil and gas sectors. Leni Gas & Oil has a current market capitalisation of £13 million.
Leni Gas & Oil is a recently incorporated company registered in England & Wales and established for the purposes of making investments or acquisitions in the oil and gas sectors. The Company is led by David Lenigas. Michael Bennett assisted by Joan Yu and Michael Corcoran were the Kerman & Co team that incorporated the Company, advised on preparing and structuring the Company for listing, worked with the Nomad, Beaumont Cornish Limited, in preparing and verifying the admission document, liaised with the registrars in connection with the circulation of the admission document and assisted and advised on the capital raising as well as dealing with the post listing actions.
