Kerman & Co LLP acted for the Vendors in a disposal of a special purchase vehicle (“SPV”) holding commercial property situated in Central London for in excess of £3.0 million.
The property was acquired by the SPV vacant, and after being successfully let to high profile tenants, the SPV was sold at a substantial profit, based on the property’s increased market value with the new tenant in place on a long-term lease.
Ian Ogus, a Partner in the Real Estate team at Kerman & Co led the transaction with Michael Corcoran handling the corporate / commercial side of the deal. Hamlins advised the purchaser.
