A company established by Trevor Baylis, the inventor of the clockwork radio, has raised a six figure sum after joining the PLUS Markets. Trevor Baylis Brands, which offers support services for inventors, has raised £762,000 after its ordinary shares were valued at 22p each. The company will use the proceeds for working capital and to expand its activities by strengthening its senior management team and investing in development companies and joint ventures. Baylis is president and chairman of the company with David Bunting as its chief executive and Robert Fairall as commercial director.
