Kerman & Co LLP acted for Westaff Support Inc in respect of a multi-million pound sale of the entire issued share capital of Westaff UK Limited to the incumbent MBO team’s Newco, which will continue to use the “Westaff” brand under licence. Despite the recent Easter holiday and differing time zones the deal completed within two weeks of instructions.
