Peter Babb as Head of Department, together with his team, works across both commercial litigation and matrimonial law. Underpinning that, however, is our solutions oriented focus; we don’t want our clients involved in lengthy and costly litigation if possible. Our start point is always to identify our clients’ objectives before determining a strategy to achieve the best solution. We aim to lend clients a sympathetic ear and we try new ideas in order to resolve issues through mediation. However, if a case comes to court we prosecute it vigorously and positively.

Our area of expertise is widespread and includes property, employment, intellectual property and company/shareholder disputes and extends into other areas as diverse as debt collection and freight forwarding to breach of confidence and trademarks.
