Delighted to welcome our new Head of Commercial Litigation to the firm
Kerman & Co is delighted to welcome Robert Paydon as their recently appointed Head of Commercial Litigation. Robert joins us from Winckworth Sherwood, having previously led the London disputes practice at Fasken Martineau. Robert will work alongside David Wise (Head of Real Estate Litigation) in developing the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice as a whole.
Robert is an experienced commercial litigation/dispute resolution lawyer and advises on a wide range of contentious matters, including in the pharmaceutical/life sciences, manufacturing and natural resources sectors. He deals with contractual, company and shareholder disputes as well as regulatory issues (for example matters concerning the UK’s Pharmaceutical Price Regulation Schemes and advertising). Robert acts for clients from the UK and overseas and much of his work has a multi-jurisdictional aspect.
Robert has advised on a range of insolvency issues and acts for creditors, debtors and office holders, and he is also concerned with the protection and management of corporate and individual reputations (particularly through the law of defamation, privacy and data protection).
