Kerman & Co. combines with American law firm Armstrong Teasdale in global expansion
Kerman & Co. is proud to announce its combination with Armstrong Teasdale LLP, a 120-year-old U.S. law firm that has forged long-term relationships with clients large and small around the globe.
Armstrong Teasdale, which is ranked among the top 200 law firms in the United States where it is based, has extensive experience in nearly every area of the law. The addition of Kerman & Co. personnel is effective Feb. 5, 2021. Both firms combined boast roughly 340 lawyers and 300 staff professionals.
