Kerman & Co COVID-19 Update and repository/resource for clients advising on the legal complexities presented by the COVID-19 crisis
Kerman & Co is committed to providing the highest level of service to all our clients and our Business Continuity Plan enables us to provide continuity, even in the current difficult circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak.
We are closely following government advice and taking steps to mitigate risk, protecting our clients and staff. Those measures include remote working for all staff, using electronic signatures where the law allows, postponing events we were due to host and making greater use of our video conferencing facilities.
We have robust secure remote working capabilities which have been implemented across the Firm. This will allow us to continue to provide a high standard of service to our clients whilst mitigating risk.
Existing clients should liaise with their usual Kerman contacts for further information. We are also available to help other businesses, even if you are not a current client. Information about our specialities and professionals are available online. In all cases, please do not hesitate to contact our Managing Partner, Daniel O’Connell. We are monitoring the situation closely and will keep our website updated.
As businesses worldwide adapt to the business challenges posed by the coronavirus (COVID-19), Kerman & Co will be using this page as a repository/resource for clients and visitors advising on the legal complexities presented by this crisis.
