Our client the W Series has announced an agreement with Formula 1 to host two races for the 2020 Season of the W Series on the undercard of the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Austin and Mexico City.
Kerman & Co were delighted to support the W Series in the negotiation of various agreements with Formula 1, in addition to providing a wide range of advice to the client for the hosting and promotion of the W Series, including the negotiation of outsourcing and media rights agreements.
