Karin joined the Employment team at Kerman & Co from a commercial boutique practice based in Holborn, where she qualified in March 2018. She is an Employment Solicitor and works on both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Karin has experience in advising employers across different business sectors on a range of day-to-day HR issues, including discrimination, dismissals and TUPE, and drafting employment contracts and staff handbooks. Karin has also advised employees on a range of matters, including dismissals and settlement agreements.
