We regularly monitor diversity within the firm. The results of our most recent annual review process (based on the number of respondents) showed that 53% are female, while 32% come from ethnic minorities. We have a very broad range of employees across the age groups, 58% of which are between 25 and 44 years of age, with 10% 55 years or older.
Our employees also come from a mix of educational backgrounds, with almost 19% attending school outside the UK while 48% attended UK state schools.
Almost 10% of our staff have carer responsibilities for a child, and 3% spend between 1 and 19 hours per week providing help or support to family members, friends, neighbours or others because of either long-term physical or mental ill-health / disability or problems related to old age.
