From Associate Partner to Partner:
James Thorndyke - James has been with the firm in our Dispute Resolution practice nearing 8 years, his specialities are sports law, commercial litigation and intellectual property. James was recently recognised by the Legal 500 UK 2020 as a ‘Leading Individual’ sports lawyer. Please click here to see James’ full bio.
Robin Pickworth - Robin deals with all aspects of commercial litigation and arbitration in our Dispute Resolution practice. His experience includes several multi-billion-pound disputes as well as claims involving sovereign wealth funds and governments. He has spent a considerable part of his career acting on disputes in Middle Eastern and African jurisdictions and in particular on issues concerning natural resources. From Solicitor to Associate Solicitor:
Gregory Monk – Gregory is an Associate Solicitor and Solicitor Advocate in the Litigation department. He advises on proceedings in the English High Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court, as well as on international arbitration matters. As a Solicitor Advocate, he often undertakes advocacy before the County Court and the High Court. Gregory has a particular interest in the art market having acted for auction house, galleries and private collectors and advising on art related legal issues including disputes concerning authenticity, provenance, contract, negligence and title. From Executive Assistant to IP Executive:
Hannah Cowley - We have developed a new position to support our growing intellectual property practice, promoting Hannah from Executive Assistant in our support team to IP Executive, following the firm supporting her retraining/qualification.
