Kerman & Co develops its insolvency and restructuring practice following lateral hire
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Imran Aslam as a partner and Head of Insolvency and Restructuring. Imran joins us after having spent over 10 years at two US law firms Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, and Sidley Austin.
He has a wealth of experience working on a wide range of cross-border and domestic corporate restructuring and insolvency matters, including advising debtors, creditors, officeholders, banks and other financial institutions, and purchasers of distressed assets. He has a particular focus on the automotive, real estate, financial services, retail and leisure sectors.
