Arthur joined Kerman & Co in May 2020 as a solicitor in the Corporate and Capital Markets team, he qualified in December 2017.

Arthur focuses on advising clients on corporate and commercial law, his experience includes cross-border mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and fund raisings, joint ventures and commercial contracts.

He holds a degree in Biomedical Sciences from Queen Mary University of London and went on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law, Legal Practice Course and an international LLM in Legal Practice at the University of Law Moorgate.

Arthur is interested in all areas of Corporate and Commercial law but due to his scientific background he has a particular interest in life sciences and biotech matters.
